PARTNER AND LEADER SERVANTS (P.A.L.S.) — FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES

These very special 'servants' of the Lord have committed to spiritual, financial, moral, organizational, and personal accountability in a relationship with H.I.M.  It is always assumed and accepted that there will be no  expectations regarding funding or "sponsorship". We trust GOD together. (Sample P.A.L.S. agreement)

Partner And Servant Leaders, "P.A.L.S," are required to develop a survival mentality of trusting God primarily for provisions from their own environment and ministry.  Each of us is encouraged to generate and develop our personal support as truly "indigenous" national workers.  Every dozen eggs, kilo of rice, chicken, bicycle, car, house, land, or cash that is donated as an "offering" to the Lord from local believers is to be encouraged and accepted as God's way of providing in unique ways.  The dangers of looking to people rather than God can be the difference between life and death, flesh and Spirit, faith or sight, worldliness or spirituality. TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART ! (Proverbs 3: 5-6)

H.I.M. provides a special fellowship of coaching, discipleship, training, and friendship that is mutually strategic to both the donors and recipients.  By placing timely tools, training, fellowship and counsel, national leaders are empowered to influence these communities and countries in greater ways according to their calling, gifting, and circumstances. In this practical way, we multiply your ministry and affect ETERNITY !
